3. Description of the service
THE NODE provides a platform that showcases a selection of video games. Logged-in users (via Twitch or YouTube) may claim a CD key for certain games (steam). Each CD key is sent by email and assigned randomly from the available stock.
We do not sell CD keys.
4. Account and authentication
To use the Service, you must sign in via your Twitch or YouTube account. By doing so, you authorize us to access certain public information (such as username, avatar, email, and follower count) under the scopes explicitly listed in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activities carried out under your authenticated account.
5. Eligibility
We may restrict or terminate access to users who attempt to abuse or circumvent the claiming process (e.g., creating multiple accounts, using automation tools).
6. Use of the Service
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, or automated systems to claim CD keys;
- misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person;
- interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the website;
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms (including Twitch or YouTube policies).
7. Key distribution
CD keys are distributed randomly and in limited quantity. Claiming a key does not guarantee availability. Once a key has been assigned and sent to your email address, it cannot be replaced, exchanged, or refunded.
We are not responsible for invalid or revoked keys provided by third-party publishers.
8. Intellectual property
All content available on the website (including text, graphics, logos, and design) is the property of THE NODE or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Service for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its operation, accuracy, or reliability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE NODE shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from:
- service interruptions or technical issues;
- unavailability or exhaustion of CD keys;
- any use of third-party services (Twitch, YouTube) or their APIs;
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, any active session will be invalidated, and you will lose access to ongoing claims or pending rewards.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page and include the date of the last update. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
